Target x Rowing Blazers OOH Campaign
The presented challenge was to create an original consumer Out-Of-Home (OOH) campaign that has a unique and consistent personality that caters to all genders (ages 23-35) with moderate disposable incomes (45k -100k), busy lives, and a desire for the treat of cheap, accessible luxury. The proposed solution was “The Final Verdict”, a series of Out-of-Home ads that flip the notion of luxury being reserved for the upper echelon into a game of accessibility built on criminal intellect.
